Refund/Exchange Policy
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
We accept returns with 14 days limit for products that are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Returns Accepted: 14 days return window.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide return shipping and bear the shipping expenses.
- No Restocking Fee: There are no additional restocking fees for returned products.
- No Final Sale Items: All items on sale are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp with:
- Photographic evidence of the product in its current condition. (Video from all directions would be much more easy to investigate)
- A picture of the invoice.
- Your order ID.
- Item must no be used (unused item are only eligible for return & refund).
- If the testers, or the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond how it was when we sent it to you, there might be some small charges.
After verification, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Once the product is received and verified, Haq Fragrances will issue a replacement or refund.
Important Note:
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all components included. If the original packaging is not provided, the customer will bear all additional expenses incurred for handling.
What if there is a defect in the order received, and how should I inform you?
In case of a defective item, please provide photographic/video evidence of the product, a picture of the invoice, and the courier airway bill via email or WhatsApp. Customers no need to arrange return shipping for defective products. Once the product is received and verified, Haq Fragrances will issue a replacement or refund.
